"Wow what can I say? Rosie is amazing! When we needed to get a listing on our current home in order to put an offer on a home we were buying out of state we reached out to Rosie. We were in a time crunch because of multiple offers coming in. It was a Saturday and Rosie was attending a reception following a funeral of her father in law. She managed to secure a laptop and she drew up a listing on the spot. Our offer was accepted on our Utah home. We ended up moving before our Texas home was sold and she had to take on the role of property manager and contractor manager for all of the repairs that were needed on our Texas home. When we finally accepted an offer on our Texas home we had to remove built ins, repair and paint and sell remaining furniture items that we left behind. She handled all of that from a distance and kept us informed every step of the way. No other agent would have done all of this for us. Her engaging and upbeat personality made selling our home stress free. We couldn’t have made our move to Utah without her. She is the consummate professional and is simply the best!
